Skills/ Qualifications:
* Defines the IT design methodology, development process methodology and best practices.
* Identify the scope for improvement and innovation for solution and define use cases for pilot programs. Interact and communicate with client Technical SPOC
* Help Client, development team to solve technical hurdles that are in scope.
* Leveraging existing patterns or creation of new while implementing and modernize integration technologies where feasible.
* Promoting of drive event driven designs and reusable integrations to ensure efficiency of integration.
* Promoting of Client’s enterprise integration strategy and standards. Developing, reviewing, and ensuring that standardization of integration strategies and standards are in place where they do not exist.
* Including creation of documentation and runbooks and providing of knowledge transfer (KT) to sustaining teams.
* Creating an integration strategy, architecture, design, development, testing, deployment (CI/CD) and all documentation (Support, Architecture, technical specs, etc.…) for delivery of integrations
* Analysis and Effort Estimation for change requests, if any.
* Translate business requirements into systems qualities and then into design strategies and patterns that enable those qualities (e.g., adaptability, scalability, availability, reusability, etc.).
* Define of guidance standards and best practices for solution implementation
* Enforcement of policies, standards, and best practices for the overall solution to be implemented on the platform.
* Minimum of 15 years of working IT experience
* Experience in IBM integration and decisioning technologies such as IBM (MQ, IIB, DSI/ODM, Data Power)
* Experience in Azure (APIM, ESB, Azure Logic Apps, Functions etc.,) MFT (GoAnywhere, SERV-U, Voyager). Experience in Confluent Kafka and MicroFocus (Voltage)
* Validate the effort, cost, and schedule for development requests.
* Ability to think critically; to recognize and anticipate a problem (technical, operational, process, organizational) and to identify and implement the best solution in a timely manner.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a distributed team.
